Terms of Purchase

Please read carefully the following terms regarding your order:

• Outlet products are display items, offered at special reduced prices. Given their character and special pricing, they are non-returnable and are not covered by warranty.
• The products may show minor wear, defects, signs of use or other cosmetic imperfections, due to their prior use and display in the showroom. The purchase of Outlet products is made with full knowledge and acceptance of this condition.
• The estimated delivery time is 5-15 days, following communication with you to arrange collection or shipping.
• The basic shipping service includes simple delivery at the entrance of the building / at street level. The products are delivered with suitable protective packaging for transport.
• The basic shipping service does not include carrying the products to a floor, or inside a home, business premises or any other interior space. Any further transport from the point of delivery is the customer's own responsibility.

Additional Transport & Assembly Service
There is the option to add a transport and assembly service inside your space, exclusively within Attica, at an additional cost of 50€.
This service is provided by prior communication and arrangement with our company.

Use of a Lifting Machine
Should a lifting machine be required due to the size, volume or weight of the products or the access conditions of the building, the related cost is not included in the transport and assembly service and is borne solely by the customer.
The need for a lifting machine is assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the access conditions and the dimensions of the products.
